Stretch & Let Go is a deeply nourishing class designed to help you unwind physically, emotionally, and energetically.

This is where effort dissolves.

Through slow, intentional stretching, breath-led movement, and supported release work, we create space in the body and quiet in the mind. The practice invites you to shift out of “doing” and into “being.”

Each session is an opportunity to soften held tension, open areas of restriction, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

This class supports you if you:

  • Carry stress in the body

  • Feel tight, compressed, or overwhelmed

  • Need a gentle counterbalance to stronger training

  • Long for stillness and grounding

Expect:
